Extremely comfy beds and central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Large bathroom and bathtubs with good sewerage. Peaceful location with free parking and near restaurants and shops and Cleveland.

We stayed 1 night and it was a VERY PLEASANT fit. The location was good close to everything and the stuff here was amiable and helpful. Loved our stay.

I had modern, impressive room with silverware and a toaster, as example. The staff were really helpful and affable. The location of the hotel was particularly good, close to everything.

The suite was incredibly spacious with a great layout, including a well-equipped kitchen that was perfect for our needs. The comfortable bed pillows and ample lighting throughout the room were appreciated. The smart TVs were a nice feature, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations - the best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time. We also enjoyed having coffee pods and a Keurig in the room, making for a great start to the day!

One major drawback was the lack of daily housekeeping without 24 hours advance notice. The consistency of the breakfast was also a letdown.

The setting was absolutely perfect, adjacent to Cleveland, Tennessee and restaurants. There were tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board, and a couch bed in the room, really enjoyed that.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious kitchen and dining area. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection and the dining room manager even helped us get food to take back to our room for three kids. The front desk staff, especially Beth, made us feel very welcome. The 1 br king suite was HUGE and had an awesome layout. The kitchen was perfect. The bed pillows were comfy and the lighting was nice with plenty of lamps. The Smart TVs were a plus. The hotel went above and beyond by decorating our room with balloons and providing a gift bag for Valentine's Day. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

The hotel offered a real breakfast instead of a sack of food, and it was worth eating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shower was large and nice. The staff was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and accepted. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The smoking area was located in the front of the building, and the noise from people smoking outside late at night was bothersome. Additionally, there were noisy guests in the room above us during the night, which disrupted our sleep.
